The Vo Ball - MMA Tool

Hey guys! For the past couple of months, I've been doing my research on MMA gear. For the most part, you can quickly find something on Amazon, but I wanted to know more. Where can you find the best gloves? The safest mitts? The most durable bags? It's been a long time coming, but I think I finally have the answer. 'The Best MMA Online Stores' article should be out in a couple of days! However, during my Internet exploration, I discovered a rather peculiar item I wanted to share with y'all. So, here it is: the Vo Ball.

You're probably wondering: what the hell is the Vo Ball? At first glance, it seems to be a simple cord on a ball. However, it's more complex than that. Made for MMA and boxing fans/practitioners, it's supposed to help your training. Now, if your entire training consisted of a Vo Ball session, I would question your decision. Nevertheless, it's a nice addition to improve your skills. You have to hit it (practicing your focus, accuracy, and timing), and your footwork/head movement is put to the test as it swings back at you. The ball doesn't hurt your hands, so you could keep going for hours.

Another thing I honestly enjoyed is how versatile the Vo Ball is. Its set up is fairly easy (works on regular wall and drywall), it doesn't require an excessive amount of space, and it allows you to adjust height. Plus, two different balls are included: a big one for the entire family, and a lighter one for serious training. Overall, I think it's a fantastic, well-priced tool.

Like always, I assure you I wasn't paid to promote this. It's important to mention that I did receive a Vo Ball, but it didn't cloud my judgement in any way. Still, you're allowed to take my word with grain of salt. If you're interested in the Vo Ball, here's the link to the store. Feel free to let me know your thoughts on it.
