Loot Crate Unboxing - March 2016: Versus

Not gonna lie. I LOVE doing loot crate unboxings. The excitement of receiving a mystery box full of a mystery box full of the coolest gear and wearable items from gaming, TV and others makes my spidey senses tingle aggressively. Deep down, Loot Crate is like receiving a monthly Christmas gift. How does it work? You pick a subscription option, and receive cool stuff. Easy as that. Now, here's what I got in March's crate:

Exclusive Alien vs. Predator Vinyl Figure

Official Loot Crate Product Description: Hiding inside the bling box (likely plotting its escape) is one of two figures: an Alien xenomorph with a very special glow-in-the-dark deco on its despicable dome; or its unnatural enemy the wickedly willy Predator. Both figures are exclusive to Loot Crate.

Big fan of Pop! figures. I think I'm finally going to take the plunge and begin collecting them. They're so damn adorable! Just look at this guy. Holding a javelin, doing what a predator does. What figure should I try to get next? I'll probably try to get the Alien.

Exclusive Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice Mighty Wallet

Official Loot Crate Product Description: Decorated with images of Ben Affleck as Batman and Henry Cavill as Superman, this wallet will save the day any time you need to access your funds. Mighty Wallets are made of Tyvek for heroic strength and sustainability, and feature two compartments for paper money, two expandable credit card pockets and two business card pockets.

First time I've ever held a paper wallet. First impression? I'm not sure it's for me. I love the art. It's very well done, full of color and stylish designs. It even includes some fake money. Also, it's super light and good for the environment. Sadly, it doesn't feel as good as a classic, black leather wallet. I know, I'm disgusting. What can I do?

Exclusive Daredevil/Punisher Reversible Beanie

Official Loot Crate Product Description: Our smart, subtle beanie has you covered whether you’re advocating on behalf of blind justice or doling out punishment with blind fury. The red side has the embroidered Daredevil “DD” symbol while the heather black side sports the Punisher’s skull symbol.

Unless you see me in the summer, chances are I'll be rocking a beanie. Say what you want, but they're so fashionable, soft and nice. This one is a great addition to my collection. I love the fact that it doesn't have any major nerd drawings. It has the subtle Daredevil and Punisher logos. Will be rocking this one for a long time.

Mirror, Mirror Star Trek T-Shirt

Official Loot Crate Product Description: This heathered oatmeal tee featuring a striking red, black, and yellow print of Spock face-to-face with his goateed doppelgänger from the Mirror Universe is sure to boldly go with everything in your closet! A fashion statement that will absolutely live long and prosper.

Clean shirt. Love the design. Reminiscing of an old school boxing poster. Perfect shirt for the gym or a Netflix and chill session.

Exclusive Harley Quinn Comic Book

Official Loot Crate Product Description: Everyone’s favorite clownish coquette stars in an all-new adventure created just for Loot Crate! Harley’s in for some serious (and not-so-serious) wish fulfillment after she finds a genie bottle at the bottom of the sea. Will Ms. Quinn magically realize she’s often her own worst enemy? Read it and see!

This might be my favorite item in this box. Loot Crate getting exclusive comics is a big deal! Plus, it's not any comic. It's a Harley Quinn comic. I truly believe she's one of the most underrated characters in the DC universe. Fun, evil, crazy, and beautiful, she's a start. Hope Suicide Squad makes her look good. Anyways, nice item.

That is it! Overall, I really enjoyed this box. There isn't one thing I didn't like. My favorite items were the beanie, the comic book, and the predator figure. Lastly, Loot Crate is asking every geek out there to check out their new app. It's pretty cool. Give it a shot.
